I purchased a package for my qualifying…

I purchased a package for my qualifying education. Apparently some of the courses in the package expire before others. Meaning that 1 could will lock you out and you will have to repay for it before you can access the other courses. This is 100% a scam to make people have to repurchase courses and as soon as I complete them i will not use or recommend McKissock again.

When I click on the take survey button a blank page comes up...I believe that it is necessary to complete the survey before getting the course credit. My completion appears to be 99% but I am unable to move forward. Not good!

Very dull and dry material .

I'm not a big fan of the fact that its basically just reading an online textbook and there isn't a lot of interactive material . It would make the criteria easier to absorb if there were a few videos every now and then or a few activities to make it less dull . I feel as if I'm supposed to just read an entire textbook front to back and then go take a proctored exam and hope that I was actually studying the right components . I'm not sure if there are other companies for this course would have been more colorful, but I was hoping for more than just a textbook learning experience .
