Steve Maher is an exceptional instructor who made the course both engaging and interesting. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, and he paid close attention to each topic. Every subject was thoughtfully crafted to address the needs of those in real estate, making the information about the exterior, interior, attic, and basement highly relevant and useful. This approach helped me understand the performance standards and the importance of conducting a thorough residential property inspection. Overall, the course significantly enhanced my knowledge and sharpened my skills in house inspections. The class was well-designed and effectively delivered.
I purchased the CE package and completed all my courses. Then I was told by the state board that I was being fined for not completing my courses. So I immediately called the school because the package should have included everything required. They quickly added the course at no fee and I completed it. Unfortunately it was too late and I am being charged $200 fine for not completing the course by the required due date. It's honestly McKissock's fault and they should have paid the fine that I was issued. I called and told them they did nothing about it. I am very upset as I try to make sure I have all my things in on time. What a waste of money.
I CANNOT CONNECT OR GET INTO ANY PART OF MCKISSOCK TO GET MY CONTINUING EDUCATION. HAVE CONTACTED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL CANNOT GET IN TO CLASSES. TIME IS RUNNING OUT! YOU AUTOMATICALLY TOOK THE MAXIMUM $$$ YOU COULD TAKE AT THE EARLIEST DATE THAT YOU COULD TAKE AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING.
