I ordered a couple of items on January 10th and to be fair to Apricot they were dispatched fairly quickly. Evri have not made one single attempt to deliver my goods (it’s now Jan 27th) and despite contacting Aprict customer services one week ago (I believe they say allow around 48 hrs for a response) it’s been radio silence from them. 17 days on…no parcel (it’s at the Evri depot) and Apricot cannot be bothered to respond to me. It’s really disappointing. £88 spent and nothing to show for it at all

Very nice quality clothing. I had to buy one size larger for everything as they use continental sizing, but even then one cardigan was too small and I had to return it.
Otherwise I would recommend them. Delivery and return was processed quickly with no further communication with the comany.

First faux fur coat experience

I purchased my first faux fur coat. I was unsure about the size, deciding between Medium and Large. I opted for Medium, which fit well and allowed for some extra space. The faux fur quality is impressive. I plan to save it for a special occasion. Although described as light brown, it appeared lighter and looked beautiful, making me feel cozy like a teddy bear.

Unfair treatment

Return was rejected. Sent back jeans that were too big, still brand new with tags attached. Now, I am not getting any response to my complaint. Very disappointing.
