Frustrating sweatshirt purchase

I had a frustrating experience with my sweatshirt order from the company. My payment was processed immediately, but I didn’t receive the item until 45 days later. They sent me the wrong item and offered to send the correct one. When it finally arrived, it was completely different from what was advertised. The quality was poor, and the color and size were wrong. Although they promised a refund, it never happened, and they even requested my credit card information again. After all the communication, I missed the opportunity to dispute the charge with my bank. I recommend thinking twice before placing an order.

Great variety

I love the variety available. I just placed my order last night, so I can't comment on the quality or delivery time yet. A more detailed description of the items would have been helpful. The pictures are nice, but I’m unsure if the design wraps around to the back. I did notice a mention of a free gift with the order, but it was unclear if there was a minimum purchase or a coupon code required. It wasn’t included in my final invoice either. I’m curious if it will just be added to my order. I guess I’ll have to wait and see!
