Regret not checking reviews before buying...

I regret not looking at the reviews of this company prior to my purchase. As a cancer patient who has lost all my hair, I ordered a wig from this indifferent company. The wrong color was sent. I've sent multiple emails but received no response regarding my return request. There is zero customer support. I will definitely avoid them in the future. Untrustworthy!

A dreadful experience from beginning to end...

I had a dreadful experience from start to finish. The item arrived in the incorrect size and color, completely different from my order. The materials felt cheap and flimsy — certainly not worth the cost. I tried reaching out to customer service several times, but received no replies. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Not even worth one star. A total waste of money. The wig is made of nylon. The base is brown while the top is blonde, with no blending. It’s just awful.

Received a wig that is completely different...

I ordered a wig, but it is completely different from what I expected. The quality is poor. It appears very fake, like a $10 wig, although I paid $180. It looks and feels like cheap plastic. The colors are completely off, and it’s 5 inches shorter than what I ordered.

Terrible company - AVOID!

Terrible company! I wish I had read the reviews, which reflect my own experience: a cheap nylon wig arrived with a fixed parting, making it impossible to restyle and conceal the high hairline. It’s very obvious that it’s a wig, so I can’t use it. Emails go unanswered, and return shipping is too costly, so I’ve lost my money, just like others here! AVOID!
