Practically, we’re dealing with a fraudulent company. The MLL that they claim you have available is actually not real, because the DLL acts as a Hard Breach. This crucial detail is not mentioned anywhere in their FAQ — you only find out about it after it happens to you.
I purchased a funded account from AquaFutures on September 12, 2025. After failing the challenge, I manually canceled my subscription, and it clearly shows as Cancelled in my account. I never clicked “Resubscribe” or agreed to any renewal.Despite that, they still charged my card through Redopay without my permission. This company is clearly scamming people by taking unauthorized payments. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them — completely untrustworthy service.
AquaFutures is a complete waste of time. They applied the Wave Stop Rule on my Sim Funded Beginner Account, even though it only applies to Live Funded Accounts. Makes no sense at all. They closed my account after all my effort for nothing.I spent time, effort, and focus to build my profit, only to have the account terminated for a rule that shouldn’t even apply. It’s frustrating, unfair, and shows how little transparency or respect they have for traders’ time.Honestly, I don’t recommend this firm to anyone. There are far better and more professional prop firms out there that actually respect their traders and follow their own rules. Stay away and save yourself the stress.
I was 1 click away from buying 3 150k accounts. Talked to the support and found that DLL is a hard breach. And I asked for clarification if the DLL is being adjusted based on the EOD balance. They said No. This means there is no use of Max loss. And it's not mentioned in FAQ.Clearly a scam. Stay away peeps. Happy trading.
Misleading so be careful. They are not the same USbased or UKbased propfirm. First thing I read was their "beginner account overview", so I thought they'd be the same like any other firms. Little did I know that they had another page stating DLL is hard breach. So watchout for this, especially if you are a beginner like me.
