Frequent charging issues

Every time I attempt to charge my vehicle at one of these stations, it stops due to a technical error. I'm not exaggerating when I say this has happened every single time. After the fifth incident, I learned the hard way that I would wake up to find my battery dead and unable to get to work. Now, I set an alarm an hour before bed to check on the battery, and without fail, I have to go down and move my car to a different station. It's disappointing, especially since there's a station right in front of my building. I'd prefer to park further away than deal with the hassle of having to relocate my car after just an hour of charging because the station suddenly malfunctions. I do not recommend relying on these stations.

Charging stations frequently malfunction

Every time I try to charge my vehicle at one of these stations, it stops due to a technical error. I’m not exaggerating when I say this happens every time. Concerns about market dominance

Concerns about market dominance are rising, and it feels like the company is becoming a monopoly. They hold a significant share of the EV charging infrastructure, and while their service generally works well, the pricing is quite high. I can charge at a faster station for less than what they charge for a slower charge. Additionally, it seems they are buying out smaller charging locations and replacing them with their own, charging significantly more. Their subscription might benefit those with larger EVs, but for others, the regular rates are hard to justify.

Installation process went well

The installation process went well, but the customer service was not very helpful in clarifying how to confirm my order. It was written in Danish, which I didn’t understand, and it took a long time to proceed with the order for the installation.
