This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I will never overpay for an air filter again, especially when I can find it for half the price elsewhere. I spent a significant amount on an air filter, and their customer support was completely unresponsive. I reached out to cancel my order before it was processed, but they ignored my request. Instead, they shipped the order, which I asked them not to do. The condition of the package upon arrival was unacceptable, and the entire experience felt careless and disappointing. Customer support: 1/10. Product value: 1/10. Professionalism of the company: 1/10. Absolutely not worth it.
The company claims to offer warranties on their products. I purchased a cold air intake system years ago, and now I have a leak. When I contacted the seller, they couldn't assist me and said I had to handle it myself. After emailing the company, I received no response. Eventually, I called them and received a reply asking for my information, but they informed me that the warranty didn’t cover my vehicle. Despite entering my vehicle's details, they claimed it wasn’t a proper fit. Very frustrating.
This feels like a marketing scam. It didn’t increase horsepower and made my car sluggish. I experienced rough idling and rapid oil degradation. If you have a stock vehicle, don’t buy this; you can't force more air into the combustion chamber than it can handle.
I called the customer service number recently, and the representative was incredibly helpful. I've used these products for years, and this was my first issue. Thanks to the support I received, I will continue to use their products for the quality of service.
I ordered a product and received shipping confirmation. However, my order didn't move for days. When I contacted the company, they informed me that the item hadn’t actually shipped and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received my refund.
