Horrible! The most unreliable service imaginable. I plan to stop using retailers that employ this courier due to their poor performance. I paid extra for urgent delivery, which didn’t happen. After two days, I called and was told it was expedited for that day. No delivery. When I called again, I was informed it was delayed with no clear information on its location. Just avoid them!
Package scanned as departed Christchurch premises, five days later no further scans and package not received by customer.Depot search requested but ....When I saw that Aramex was the carrier for the company I ordered from I had an inward groan, based on previous experiences; turned out to be a premonition.Update: package was found in a sub-depot. Hadn't been scanned in. Have now received it.
My parcel landed in AKL Airport and cleared customs several days ago and still has not been collected by Aramax. It's very frustrating.I could have driven to the airport and collected it myself days ago. You are so slow, ineffective and utterly useless. Anyone giving this company anything above a 1 star review either work for aramax or need to question their sanity.
Had Aramex booked to pick up a parcel. Told to wait 8am to 5pm which I did. Aramex never showed and no communication to say it wasn't coming. Aramex could have much reduced times to pick up (not 8-5) and if it can't come, let the customer know. Will never use again.
Had a bad experience with their delivery. Very poor customer service. They are not informing you what's the status of the package is or the where abouts. They use chatbots, but it is completely useless. It transferred my chat to a live agent and I received a response after 2 days.
Worst service of AramaxLocal Shipment 4164442464 (uae) booked on8 th November 2025I haven’t received till the dateI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Aramex service. I have been experiencing significant delays in the delivery of my local shipment. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have been met with unhelpful explanations and rescheduled deliveries. The delivery person has also failed to appear as promised. I urge Aramex to address these concerns promptly.
I just don't understand how a parcel from Auckland to Tauranga can take 6 days. There was no update on the Track the Parcel site. No number to ring anybody and had to fill in an enquiry email with which it just came back with "We are experiencing higher than normal volumes of freight" Which by the way they say they will respond in 2 days....2 days for goodness sake. tThis happens all the time with Aramex they seem to take a long time to deliver WHY??? I ask. Once I asked if the freight comes down by Horse and Cart, as that fits the time frame. Finally delivered today 6 days after it was picked up from Auckland!!!!!!
