Disappointing delivery experience

I ordered an item for my kids for Christmas after they expressed interest in it. Today, I checked the delivery status and saw that it was marked as undeliverable because they claimed I wasn't home at 2:07 PM. I was actually waiting for my kids on the sofa, and I would have heard the doorbell if they had come. I could accept a delay if I had been informed, but outright lying about not being home is frustrating. Now my kids are upset, and we have no idea where our package is. I've tried reaching out to the support team for assistance, but I've received no help. If I could give zero stars, I would, as they took my money for delivery without fulfilling the order. It's really disappointing that the staff seems unwilling to do their job.

Didn't come to my door and claimed I wasn't home.

My kids were telling me about the esp32 and I ordered it for Christmas for them. Today I checked the status of my delivery and I saw that they claim that I wasn't home so they couldn't deliver my package.l at 2:07 PM. I was waiting for my kids to come home on the sofa and if they were there and rang the doorbell I would have heard it. I'm ok with it being delayed asking I knew about it. But straight up lying to your staff about the person not being home and not admitting that you didn't go there is honestly so dumb. Now my kids are sad as now we don't know where our package is right now and I have tried to contact Lpexpress, but I got zero help. I would give 0 stars if I could as they took my money for delivery and don't even send the package, is terrible. Why did the workers even apply for the job if they won't do their job.

NIGHTMARE OF A PROCESS WITH HIGH FEES

This is an absolute nightmare of a process to be receiving packages from abroad to LT. My family decided to STOP using Lithuanian Mail services forever! Insane what they are putting citizens through. Expensive and Bureaucratic!

It's a joke! Registered letter with documents, was posted from Kaunas to the UK. 10 days later it's still in Vilnius!!! I have no words! Now I have to fly to London to get in time. Lithuanian post is worse than in Afrika!
