During a season of caution...

During a season when we’re advised to be vigilant due to increased parcel theft, it's disappointing to see my package crammed into my mailbox by the courier, despite it being too large and clearly visible. The doorstep, which another service consistently finds without issue, is just a short distance away. I really wish companies offered options for delivery services; I'd even be willing to pay extra! I've previously heard a courier toss my parcel at my door and once found one left in my yard. No issues with other delivery services.

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. The courier required specific directions to access the company's entrance, which other delivery services manage easily. He was supposed to call me since it was his third delivery attempt, but he never did. Instead, I received an email stating that my package had been delivered. When I inquired, I was shown a photo of my parcel abandoned in sawdust at a construction site. I was then told it was likely somewhere nearby, and I needed to go look for it!

If only zero stars were an option...

If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating. The courier struggled to find the entrance, something other companies manage easily. He was supposed to call me after multiple delivery attempts but didn’t, and instead, I received an email stating it was delivered. Upon inquiry, I was shown a photo of my parcel lying on a construction site, and then told to search the area for it!

Completely unhelpful!

This is the most ineffective and frustrating courier service I’ve encountered! I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Slower than traditional methods

I would give them zero stars if I could. This service would be more efficient using horses and carts for deliveries. I spoke with two customer service representatives, needing a second because I couldn’t understand the first. After much back and forth, I learned it could take up to two days to get a response regarding picking up an item at the local depot. I can’t just drive there because it might need 'preparation.' I can’t call the depot either; instead, I get someone who barely speaks English. I used this service because of an order through another platform. If you're using that platform, avoid sellers who use this courier.

Consistently late deliveries

I’ve received numerous orders through this service, but none have arrived on time. I still have an order pending that was due on December 1st, and as of December 3rd, it hasn’t arrived. This is not the first time!

Utterly ineffective!

Absolutely ineffective! They constantly send packages to the wrong address and then expect me to retrieve them?! Trying to communicate with customer service is frustrating; I’d have better luck conversing with a child! They need to get their act together.

Persistent issues with this service

There’s always a problem with this service. Something always goes wrong, and it’s exasperating. Whenever I see they are handling my packages, I brace for excuses and lack of updates. I truly don’t understand how they are still in operation!
