Timely delivery, but unfair import charges

The package arrived on schedule, but I was incorrectly billed 300 SEK in import fees for a shipment that had already paid VAT via the appropriate system. The support team has declined to issue a refund, even after I submitted all necessary documentation. It feels like the service has charged import fees twice for the same item and retained all the funds... A frustrating experience, as this situation could have been easily prevented if the representative had been more diligent in their duties.

Parcel delivered to the wrong side of town

The package was delivered to a parcel locker on the other side of the city. When I arrived, the locker was broken. The customer service said the only option was to redirect it to a pickup location even further away. This will cost me more than 3 hours of my time. Unbelievable given the fees charged.

Multiple negative experiences

Some packages were delivered to distant locations, and for home deliveries, they didn't even attempt to contact me and just rerouted them to service points. I ended up waiting for 5 hours.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. No customer support when needed. Can't reach them by phone. The app asks for personal information even when confirming with ID. They returned a parcel to a depot instead of delivering it to the agreed location or pickup point. We need the return of traditional post offices!
