DP1 Was a very nice polite and very clear why dhe was calling.She didnt mind me asking her to repeat the question as sometimes I couldnt quite hear.She gave me a full run down on what would be happening at my appointment, also for treatment, the mileage from my home etc.All in all DP1 did not draw out the call, she said approx 10 maybe 15 minutes to go through triage, I am sure it was well inside that time although she did not rush at all and gave me plenty time to ask questions.Very pleased
