One word Excellent!That includes the sales staff , the two tradesmen who erected the BBQ hut , value for money and the quality. Several people have already admired it and it’s only been here a week Thank you We are looking forward to our first BBQ this weekend.
We recently had a 14m2 Arctic Cabin installed in our garden. Great quality product and an excellent team who worked tirelessly to construct it in a day and a half. One small snag regarding the chimney was identified by Todd (team lead) at the hand-over/demonstration stage and sorted immediately. We couldn’t be happier. The weather has just changed and we had logs burning last night, sipping wine, whilst watching the final episode of the Grand Tour on a 43 inch TV that blends in well on a side sloping panel. We’ve run full power and an Ethernet Cable for best wi-fi. I’ve also cooked a leg of lamb on the grill which was perhaps a little ambitious for me but loads of fun.. Next time, I’ll stick to steaks & chicken but anything is possible depending on your skill set. The smoke is drawn straight up the chimney and the whole fire works very well. It brings out the stone-age man in you with the design and skins etc. Our teenage boys have their mates around who all rave about ‘how cool’ it is and say the acoustics are great for their music. We can’t hear a thing from them when we’re sitting in the main house with our hands over our ears. 😄We are sure the cabin has added considerable value to our property and will continue to bring happiness for years to come.The Weare’s of Warwickshire
We've been very impressed with the whole Arctic Cabins experience. Very professional, helpful, great communications from order to installation. People turned up on time, worked diligently, expertly and professionally. They were friendly, hard-working, respectful and great to have here. They left the site immaculate and everything was simply perfect. And the cabin is truly amazing!

Absolutely 100% quality and workmanship. We visited the Nottingham site and dealt with James who gave us all the information, and answered any questions we had. There was no sales pressure. Nikki sorted out our build date and was very informative. The lads Ben and Dale constructed the cabin and worked hard non stop in the heat. They were all brilliant. So pleased with our hut. We are kitting out the bar and looking forward to many years of enjoyment. What a great company to buy from. 100% happy !!!!
A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Loads of info and advice from Andy the salesman, without being at all pushy, just welcoming and friendly. The team at the head office were really easy to deal with, everything really well organised and the timetable was maintained throughout. The installation team were very good too. Arrived promptly on schedule, it was obvious they knew what they were doing and the cabin was assembled in impressive time. NO MESS left behind at all. The cabin is well made and obviously a quality product. If you’ve not been to see one of these cabins in person definitely do so, you will most likely want one after that.
