An amazing installation by a crew who worked so seamlessly together to complete our cabin perfectly in such a short time We love it. We have only cooked once and it will take a bit of getting used to but our Scottish weather has been unpredictable this summer so we come from outside to in and keep the conversation going …
From start to finish the entire process from having viewed the Kota at the Ideal Home Show to having our very own one installed in our garden was seamless. So professional at every stage of the process with excellent communication, advice and instruction.
The quality of the cabin is excellent. The two men who built it were quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. It was erected in just under six hours and looks brilliant in our garden.I cannot fault the cabin or this company. The whole process from enquiry to completion was a delight. Top marks to Arctic Cabins.
It has been four week since the completion of our Arctic cabin time to pick any faults, the other week we had torrential rain and strong winds I can honestly say there are not any, the workmanship is impeccable, and looks stunning.From day one when we saw Andy Harris at Studley Garden Centre to discuss our requirements & he was very helpful with the various options available, we opted for a double cabin with porch BBQ in the one cabin, light dome & seating in the other, with all accessories as standard.From then on all the team that were involved in delivering the materials Craig, & Carlos, the construction of the base by Paul, & Richie, the fabrication of the cabin over three days by Jamie, & Will. in what was the hotest days of the year so far at that time, all punctual and well-mannered a credit to the company. I can Highly recommend there Cabins.
Everything from the initial consultation through to the preparation of the garden to the build was so professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and Anne-Marie in particular went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns. We love our cabin!
