Frrst class from site visit to installation. The installation team arrived on time and put up my lovely cabin with ease and no mess. They then showed me how to use the various elements in my BBQ cabin. Thank you Arctic Cabins.
From the minute we had a look inside the display cabin at the Ideal Home Exhibition, customer service has been brilliant. ………..was very happy to answer all our questions and then took the time to video call with us, taking us around the other sizes to help us make the decision.Communication for delivery was great and the guys who fitted it were friendly, polite and willing to move panels around to make it right for us.We then had a small issue which once reported was resolved that same week, again great communication throughout the process.There’s even a facebook group where you can ask questions and get first hand advice/recommendations.
We have now bought two of these cabins. As when we moved we couldn’t live without it and wanted a larger version.Cliff and team were kind in offering a loyalty discount and when things go a little wrong their aftercare has been excellent aside from some delays.
What a fantastic experience from viewing to erecting The 3 “boys” who erected the cabin worked their socks off, with smiles and laughter. The ordering service was very smooth and I got the date to install that I wanted. The team arrived at 7am and were excellent, their workmanship was of a very high standard and they were so quick and finished by 2pm. The quality and fit out of the Artic Cabin is superb and I love it!
An absolutely pleasurable experience from beginning to end! I contacted James, really lovely guy - soo helpful! Absolutely no hard sell. Communications were quick and all queries answered. Everything went according to plan - once the installation date was set it’s guaranteed that that’s the date it’ll be - no changes or excuses like other companies. The installation guys arrived at 8am and completed the installation by 4pm - they never stopped - very professional and skilled I must say. Upon completion all advice was given on how to use and care for our cabin.
