From initial point of contact, to aftercare, the team at Arctic Cabins have been amazing to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble at all and the service was exactly what anyone would want. Simon was great with reference to assisting with which cabin would suit us best and at the right cost. The install was arranged in double quick time and Tod & (I forget the other chaps name) were amazing on the day of install. All turned up on time and the installation completed and handover given within a few hours (it was a bank holiday also!).One very small issue following installation, which was swiftly dealt with by Debbie, Rob & Tod. This again was no trouble at all for the team.We are super chuffed with our cabin (as are the kids) and we are already using it regularly.Couldn't be happier with the service and product received.HIGHLY recommend
BrilliantFrom ordering our cabin, to a being invited to watch Aldo Zilli using the BBQ nothing was a problem ARTIC CABINS.We changed our installation date, no problem.Team that arrived to install their manners, politeness and work ethic were fantastic.We are enjoying our cabin more than we thought we would it is simply Brilliant/Happy and do recommend ARTIC CABIN to all, our friends, neighbours and family.
it was well worth travelling to nottingham to see in person all the different models available , we had thought to have the 7m2 cabin ,but as soon as we saw the 10 m with bar , job done . The boys arrived soon after and just about finished most of it the 1st day, then come back next morning and finished off. They were exceptional skilled trades and very funny and so helpful with all kind of ideas and even helped me route the electric cables into the cabin. an all round great company and service and the facebook owners club is great for inspiration and ideas.
James from Arctic cabins met my expectations and more. I had a vision and he was so patient with every detail that the cabin I have is simply perfect . The installers were able to cope with my slightly undulating garden and put up my little palace in a day and a half. And they got it in place ready to share with my friends and family for the summer. I had been wavering for such a long time, James made the process so easy . Thank you x
We are delighted with our Cabin and especially the service we received. We didnt realise when ordering that our house was in a Scottish Conservation area and so would need planning permission. Arctic Cabins were very helpful and supportive when we had to push back our installation date. When we finally obtain consent the tean turned up and installed everything very quickly and professionally. We are absolutely delighted with it.

We went to see some insulated garden rooms but fell in love with the bbq hut so much that I went back the next day to order it. It was James who made our experience well worth it from start to finish by keeping us informed and accommodating our request to install it before a certain date. We’ve used it every week at least once or twice, even weekdays too, it’s so cosy and warm. My kids sit there to chill out with music, on their own or have friends over, well worth it. The installation team arrived around 7.30, I had to go to work later but they kept me informed by sending me pics of the installation. They showed my husband, how to use it when they finished around 1 pm and left the place tidy. Thank you James and the team.
