As many others have noted, the sizing is completely inaccurate, and there is zero customer service. All I received were automated responses. I sent numerous emails since receiving the order in December. Their 60-day refund policy is a complete joke—this is a total rip-off. Avoid this at all costs; there are plenty of other brands out there.
The underwear I purchased was advertised as 100% silk, but the label shows only 2% silk. They claimed to include a garment bag for washing, but it wasn't included. When I contacted the company, the representative was rude and condescending. I was informed that returning them would be costly due to the warehouse being overseas, leaving me with underwear that doesn't resemble the pictures and is definitely not 100% silk. I strongly advise against this company due to their deceptive practices.

I asked for confirmation in English but received no reply. Fourth, the sizes are absurdly small and lack proper leg length. Fifth, they do not display their brand name on the product, instead featuring a cheap printed message. Lastly, their customer service is non-existent and they show no concern for customer feedback. This company feels like a scam.
