Rachel from Aria Lattner has been amazing to work with. When I had an initial question regarding an exchange, she helped me out right away. Then she continued to check in on me and make sure all was well. It has been so wonderful to correspond with her. Not to mention, the jumpsuits are top notch--certainly the best of the plethora that are out there now.
I simply LOVE this jumpsuit! I do yoga, and it feels super comfortable — it allows free movement and lets your body breathe. At the same time, just add some accessories and a nice pair of shoes, and you’re instantly ready for a chic night out! Love it!
I love my Aria jumpsuits! They are so buttery soft, so super comfortable and totally versatile that can go from the hot room to work to out on the town. This past order I purchased the Aria flare jumpsuit and an Aria cuffed jumpsuit. Upon receiving my order I noticed that i was sent the wrong item. Mistakes happen to the best of us, but how those mistakes are handled speaks volumes. I immediately emailed the company to notify them of the mistake and request a replacement. In comes Rachel, who took ownership of the issue and ensured I had a seamless exchange. She was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the process and kept in touch with me on tracking, product received and new product shipping out. She even contacted me when the product arrived to ensure I got the correct item and was happy with it. The whole exchange took place in under a week! I am a customer for life!!!
I absolutely love this jumpsuit. It is one of the best quality items I have bought. It is comfortable, flattering and exactly as shown. The material is soft and flowing and sits exactly where it should. My customer service experience was amazing. I exchanged one of the two I ordered for a different size and they were responsive, helpful and checked in on me to make sure I received the product. 10/10 would recommend as a company and a product!
I was in the process of moving when I ordered my jumpsuits, which I really like by the way, and customer service was so kind and understanding. They worked with me and resent the package, then checked in with me afterwards to make sure I received it. Customer service has gotten so impersonal today, but this team of people made me feel like a person, like they cared about my individual situation. When I received my package, I absolutely adored the buttery soft, super flattering, most comfortable clothing I now own! I'm now a big fan of Aria Lattner and I'll be going back for more!
These are very cute comfy sexy. I am 5ft 115lbs and I bought the everyday cuffed size small (no petite option in the everyday unless you get flared) and the open back flared in petite size small. I am bigger breasted and have nursed a few kids so I will have to wear some sort of bra with the open back as there is no support whatsoever ever there but it’s still super sexy and the everyday does have a bit of extra length in the legs but is fine. The cuffed part just slides down and it’s cuter when I pull the cuff up to the top of my calf. I am planning on getting the everyday flare in petite s in another color for that perfect fit cause I now know that the petite length with the supportive top will be best for me but overall I do love them both. I was worried the straps of the everyday would be too long but for my short shoulders but they are prefabs it’s quite supportive . Also very good customer service. I had an issues with some snags in the fabric of one so emailed pics and they sent me a replacement in a very timely manner.
