This company scammed me!Never signed up for their service. Billed to my credit card twice in about a week. I attempted to cancel my "subscription" but it is still on my credit card statement.I gave I the one star only because I couldn't give a zero.

I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH ARMOR PRO SHEILD. A FRAUDULENT CHARGE APPEARD ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT FOR THEIR SERVICES. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT ME SIGNING UP FOR THIS YEAR LONG SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT SERVICES THEY EVEN PROVIDE. I HAVE DISPUTED THEIR CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. WHICH WILL PREVENT THEM FROM POSTING ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE UNAUTHORIZED MONTHLY CHARGE. IT'S A VERY LARGE INCONVENIENCE TO HAVE TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD AND WAIT FOR A NEW CARD WITH A NEW NUMBER TO ARRIVE

satisfied customer - great support

Overall this was a pretty good experience - had some install issues that were my fault but customer service was excellent. Virus detection is working well, doesn't seem to be a drain on my computer. The UI isn't very slick and kinda dated but like I said, the customer support was great and that makes up for a lot.

Very deceitful advertising

Very deceitful advertising for a company that claims to be about protection. I was trying to sign up for a website and the armorproshield ad was designed to look like the sign up link. The link takes you directly to the a credit card page, which is what you would expect. Didnt realize anything was wrong until the information didn’t get me into the site I wanted.
