I wouldn't even give this service a star. I placed an order in October and only received one watch instead of the two I was supposed to get. It took months to arrive. I kept commenting on their site with every update they posted. Now, I've noticed unauthorized withdrawals of $35 from my account. I had to contact my bank, file a complaint, and cancel my card. This service is untrustworthy; I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Like others here, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Great marketing but terrible delivery. I have been waiting five weeks for my order and based on what I've read, I fear it won't meet my expectations. If I ever receive it, I will update with an image.

Terrible customer service experience. I waited three weeks after my purchase to hear back regarding shipping. All I received was a response that seemed automated, stating there were tariffs and shipping delays. None of this was communicated in their marketing or on their website. Absolute nonsense; do not purchase from these folks.
