I purchased a lace dress for 678 USD, and the quality is extremely poor. The lace is rough and uncomfortable against the skin, and there are no labels for fabric content, care instructions, or country of origin. Additionally, there is no return policy, making this feel like a scam!
Review of Jeanine lace dress for which I paid 678 USD: Absolutely the cheapest and worst fabric I have ever seen: rough lace that scratches the skin, no label indicating fabric, care, country of manufacturing, and no return policy, just a scam!
Absolutely terrible … I was so excited to see this dress! Saved for it for months and once I had it i was about to cry … I’m paying 500€ for a dress that looks like from SHEIN. Wrapped in plastic, claiming to be sustainable. It’s way too big even though I ordered a s. It looks so cheap I can’t even wear it !! Don’t fall for this … and than no REFUNDS ! That’s absolutely insane !! This company needs to take accountability
I read the reviews with regards to not receiving the items timely and the quality. I did not read the reviews or policies regarding there are no returns. I received the item timely. The quality is not matching the price. The items are something to be purchased on Amazon or SHEIN. The one size fit all -fits the size of a bus! I’m 5’5 and I wear a size 8. But the policy of no exchange no return is ridiculous for the amount of money that you pay for these items. I would not recommend this company to no one because of the quality of the fabric is substandard, and the sizing is misleading.
The products shipped and arrived in time but the quality and fit aren't close to what's on the site. I purchased the Avana pants in two colors. From the pictures and description, says the pants are high on the waist and extra long to the floor. Clearly her models were short. These pants were not designed to touch the floor for any women beyond 5 foot 4. So glad I didn't purchase the full outfit. To add insult to injury the fabric is very cheap. I'd return them but the restocking fee and the run around isn't with it.
This company scammed me of over a thousand dollars through false advertising of their clothing (sending out something that doesn't at all reflect the picture, and sending the wrong size and then not sending hundreds of dollars of another order.) Also, it's all made in China where the delivery note came from and the quality is now awful. Used to be a fan but do not spend your money here you will never see it again. They also have a no refund policy exchanges only and they Re refusing to deal with the incorrect items sent to me - do not buy
SCAMMED!When visiting het site I got a pop-up: ‘become a member of our Goddess Tribe and receive 15% on your first order’. I used the code to order a cotton pants and top (525 euro’s). The quality is soooo basic: could have been a ZARA item. I wanted to Exchange it for something else as the fitting was not as aspected. I did send an exchange request and the answer was:as you have used a discount code the items have become sale items and we do not accept returns or Exchanges for our sale. We truly appreciate that you understanding our legal terms… I replied that I did not understand as it was not mentioned by the welcome to our Goddess Tribe discount and asked for and Exchange to make me actualy feel part of the tribe, and a happy customer. Never received an answer! The cheapest items are over 200 dollar up to 500 and this is how she treats her new customers…
