I took 200h program from Arogya yoga school in july, 2018.The course consists of asana class, philosophy, and physiology.Especially asana class was really amazing and satisfying:)They also offer touring guide every weekend so that you can discover Rishikesh, one of the most amazing and special city you can ever discover.In my case, I stayed in a hotel named 'Vishla Palace'. The staffs were all so nice and caring!
Incredible experience with our great yoga teacher azad... We are fully satisfied with our yoga teacher.. He taught us that how we can balance our life through yoga..... I just completed 200 hour Yoga TTC.. I felt great experience... I am very thankful to our yoga teacher Azad to being a part of the your yoga training session..
I just completed the 200 hour course at Arogya Yoga School and had one of the most incredible summers of my life. The teachers here really know their stuff and genuinely care. It was an intensive course for me but I loved it all and feel really grateful for the opportunity.
Incredible experience. I stayed for two weeks and did 100 hours for teacher training course. Teacher are very professional and they will try to do everything to help you. Food and meals are very good and delicious and the bedroom where I stayed was very clean, safe and comfortable. I hope to return once again.
