I recently completed the 200 hour yoga…

I recently completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Arogya yoga school and I had such an incredible experience!I was really impressed with not only the structure and quality of the classes we received, but also with the quality of the food, that was healthy and cooked with love. I also really appreciated the location of the school which was quieter and really peaceful. All the teachers and all the staff are so kind and warm, and the owner Rajneesh went out of his way to make sure everyone was well looked after.In fact I loved Arogya so much, I am planning to return do to my 300 hours in 2023!Thank you Arogya for giving me such an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return again soon!

A great experience overall

A great experience. All the teachers are amazing. Azad Sir, Swamiji and Mahesh Ji. With different styles of teaching and brilliant in their own way. The food is very homely and Taj ji the cook puts a lot of love in it. Shankar ji the housekeeping is very helpful. Rajneesh Ji who runs the place is extremely friendly and has a great vibe. I would have definitely loved a bit more discipline as it’s a school. But having said that, If you are focused on your own study, that is what matters. Because not everyone will have the same purpose of doing this course. Great experience Overall. Do give this place a go.

Really good experience learning from an expert yoga teacher. Theory sessions of philosophy, anatomy and therapy were very engaging and mentally stimulating. Professional and helpful staff made the stay comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a school in Rishikesh.
