It's really wonderful experience to learn yoga TTC from Arogya. All the teachers and staff are really helpful and friendly and it's like family. The location and the view from the balcony is very calm, pleasant and beautiful. Homely food , evening ganga walks, birthday celebrations, and weekend excursions overall it's wonderful, really wonderful experience.
I did a 200h Meditation TTC at Arogya Yoga School and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I especially enjoyed the Asana and the Philosophy classes as well as the Meditation and I am so grateful for all the wonderful teachers and people I met there 🙏✨️ It was truly a life changing experience and definitely just the right school for me since I felt immediately like home there. The school offers a peaceful and positive environment and the beautiful Ganga is just 5 Mins away. The food - especially the breakfast - is delicious. I enjoyed every minute of the TTC and I can only highly recommend the Arogya Yoga School 🧘🏼♀️ Thank you so much for this fantastic experience 🙏
Absolutely phenomenal yoga teacher training here. Azad, the main instructor, is a true master, and a great teacher on top of it! @yogawithazad on YouTube and IG, which are great, but his adjustments in person are even better. The school's curriculum is also very holistic, including philosophy, pranayam, kriyas, and excursions around Rishikesh. The staff are all super helpful and welcoming (special shout-outs to Rajneesh for consistently going the extra mile to help make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience, and to Varun, who brings especially good vibes alongside a lot of knowledge and wisdom, his sound healing course is amazing and I've heard rumors of developing Ayurvedic courses as well). The accommodations are all-in-all great, but the food stands out as simply amazing, and the sacred Ganga river is only a five minute walk from the school. 11/10, can't say enough good about it.
I have absolutely broaden my horizon on my yoga journey through the 200 YTT course. I enjoyed particularly the yoga theory module which is mind-blowing to me and awaken my awareness on how the life style of a yogi should be, both mentally and physically. While the pranayama module brought me to another level of prana practice, and a brand new understanding of how breathing exercise could benefit / incorporate with my yoga practice. Master Azad was amazing , supportive , patient and helpful, as for the manager he always make sure everyone have what they need.
Learning in a home like environment is a real blessing. All from Arogya Yoga School are friendly, open, compassionate and provide an easy to learn atmosphere. Anyone who came once will definitely feel the urge to come again and again. I had already made my plan for next visit.

One of the best yoga schools. You'll definitely feel change in yourself after attending the course they offer.I was really impressed with not only the structure and quality of the classes we received, but also with the quality of the food, that was healthy and cooked with love. I also really appreciated the location of the school which was quieter and really peaceful.Really good experience learning from an expert yoga teacher. Theory sessions of philosophy, anatomy and therapy were very engaging and mentally stimulating. Professional and helpful staff made the stay comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a school in Rishikesh.
