I spent a lot of time researching print fulfillment companies before choosing Artelo, and I’m honestly so glad I did. Their Etsy integration works seamlessly, it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the setup smooth and user-friendly. Everything just flows, which makes my life so much easier. I love it, and my customers have been really happy too. Their prices are very fair, quality is great. Whenever something goes wrong, they always make sure that the customer is happy in the end.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be communication around frames going out of stock. A bit more proactive notice there would be helpful. But overall, I’ve had a really positive experience.
I’ve looked into and ordered from several POD websites and I’m happy to have found Artelo. The software just works which is nice. The pricing on prints are good but switching over for my framed products has made a big difference. Orders are sent out reliably and I haven’t run into any issues.
