Our tiles were so well wrapped that we had absolutely no breakages. Having bought tiles many times from other companies, to have no damage was absolutely amazing. Prices were good and delivery was earlier than anticipated. Excellent experience. Thank you.
I would have given 5 stars except that the courier did not deliver on day agreed. However, tiles arrived on second attempt and on inspection the tiles are perfect. They were well packaged and the courier was very friendly and accommodating when asked to take them up a step from the roadside.Anne Payne

We are delighted with our tiles,but just wanted to mention a couple of things.Firstly,thedelivery was 2 days earlier than expected,so my neighbour had to take them in(perhaps an email or text in advance?)Secondly,one of the cardboard boxes was extremely damaged.Happily ,the beautiful tiles survived!
