Although the tiles I ordered were exactly what I wanted, Artisan had used computer generated photos to display the tiles in domestic situations (e.g. kitchen), but using a grout colour that matched the tiles. This was the look they used and that I wanted. However the green colour grout (matching the tiles) depicted in the photos is not available in the UK. Eventually my tiler mixed and matched grout to get as close as he could, but not close enough for my satisfaction. I'm left with a less than desired look.When I raised this to Artisan I was directed to their T&C's stating they use computer generated imagery (tough luck basically).I only w
Awful company. Borderline scam. No emails, texts or updates, no tracking information. Missed delivery. Rescheduled 1 week later before 12pm.....no text, phone call updates nothing. Depot unable to connect with driver. Still no delivery. Told between 2-4pm....no tracking no text no phone call STILL NO delivery. Nobody calls you back.
Avoid at all costs.
We decided to collect our order from the Doncaster store and so pleased we did. The salesman was very helpful, helping us choose the right grout for our tiles and the showroom is amazing, even though displays are not fully complete, the tile stores in Lincoln could definitely learn a lot from you guys.Next time I need tiles I will be buying from Artisan Tiles!
