Ordered samples, the tiles sent were packaged well and delivered on time. The quality of the porcelain floor tiles was not up to what would be expected. You could see the lines of the printing on them which indicated they wouldn’t wear well, despite being rated as anti slip and suitable for outdoor use. My advice would be to always order the samples as it’s allowed me to make the decision the quality isn’t as expected and to use a different supplier.
5* start to finish. Accidentally ordered corner tiles in their “mini 15cm” size when the rest of my order was in 20cm, they called to rectify before putting through as they had flagged. The 20’s were out of stock online but managed to find 5 loose that we needed in the warehouse. The team went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed as needed and prevent delays and returns further down the line.In addition, the delivery driver was so friendly, knowledgeable and carried the tiles into my doorway as I am pregnant and they are weighty. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Artisan tiles have a huge range of tiles featuring designs that are way more striking than you would find in any diy store, they arrived extremely well packaged and exactly as described, bear in mind delivery is costly due to the weight involved
