Easy return. Purchased two rings identical except the finish. I bought two size seven and they were different sizes comparatively .One fit,one did not the one that did not was a gift. It was returned and am reluctant to order a size bigger
I am very impressed with the quality of the jewelry. This stuff is made to last! When I needed a replacement part and emailed customer service, I received a prompt response and a link to order the part. And received a follow up! Very happy with my first purchase.

Absolutely obsessed with this new braclette. The gold finish is gorgeous and somehow manages to look both timeless and a little indulgent. It doesn’t just sit on my arm — it belongs there. I wear it every day and get compliments constantly. Even the packaging felt thoughtful and elevated, like a small luxury moment from start to finish. A truly special piece.
My experience is not bad but also not good. I lost a piece for the shackle necklace that they were happy to replace for a price. That's fine. But I also order 2 bracelets one of which I struggle with every time I try to wear it b/c it's TOO small - The Ischia chain bracelet needs 1 or 2 more links. And I see many people complaining about the same. Secondly, and I more upset about this - is the Emerald bracelet/bangle. It's beautiful but one of the green stones is gone! I've got super cheap bracelets that I've bought for MUCH less and have had a lot longer that haven't lost stones. I asked for a replacement and this is what I got, "Unfortunately, we don’t keep extra pieces on hand outside of our regular inventory." But yet they still sell the bracelet. I would not buy more from this company. The website is fantastic but we can do better for less.
Buyer beware. My package did not arrive, and based on tracking, it looks as if it’s because Artizan Joyeria did not address the parcel accurately. It shows up as being sent to an unnumbered PO Box (I have no association with a PO Box). Nevertheless Artizan Joyeria will not take responsibility for this missing package, for which I paid over $80. They sugggested that I check with neighbors or file a claim with USPS. Zero accountability and honestly seems like an AI chatbot for customer service. Avoid this shop or shop at your own risk.
