Avoid this service at all costs. In my communications, I received emails from numerous sales representatives, but not much progress was made. They also inundate your inbox multiple times a day with endless marketing emails. I ordered a crystal, and for the past week, it has been a constant back-and-forth regarding updated invoices (they are asking for more of my money) with minimal results. After checking reviews following yet another unhelpful email from them, I was shocked. I should have looked at reviews from the beginning... that's on me.

For my second order, I noticed that the image in the final crystal appeared smaller than what was displayed in the prototype. However, the support team promptly intervened and collaborated with me to create a new crystal at no additional cost. Everyone I showed it to is also impressed. The creation of these products was super fast. I ordered them one evening and by the next morning I received a text telling me to review my order.
