I wish I could express a more positive sentiment. I was thrilled to discover what I believed was a genuine anime clothing website. Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to be the case here. I NEVER received my order, even though it was marked as DELIVERED. I can already guess what some might think—perhaps it was taken by porch thieves? But that's not the situation. I contacted the support team, and they indicated it was beyond their control. I've never encountered a legitimate company that wouldn't investigate the whereabouts of a missing package. I reached out to the mailing service, and they informed me that an internal investigation is in progress. If this turns out to be just a misunderstanding, I would gladly revise my opinion. I'll provide an update in about two weeks! PROS: Beautiful designs and a fairly good selection CONS: NEVER received my order.
I ordered a Halloween costume from the website and the costume looks NOTHING LIKE THE PRODUCT! It is cheaply made. While they say the take returns they don’t give any instructions on how to return it. I’m putting a dispute claim in with my payment method. I’ve sent an email but I’m not getting a response. UPDATE: I received a response stating that they wanted me to return the item to China on my dime. Since their website does not state that you have to send item back to China and I received it from NJ. I moved forward with a Claim through my payment method and was refunded my money. They attempted to bully me into accepting a 40% refund but I refused. Again don’t order from this site because you have to send the item back to China if it doesn’t meet you expectation.
Artsholic has great designs and are of great quality. They basically have anything you can think of. I have already bought several shirts from them. You just have to remember that it can take up to two weeks to receive your merchandise, but it's well worth the wait. I definitely wasn't bothered by it knowing how much I like their designs. One of my orders was received incorrectly, but I reached out to Customer Service within their 2-week grace period and they responded within one business day. They are sending me the correct order and said I could keep my incorrect shirt. I'm not guaranteeing that will be the case all the time, but awesome Customer Service! I highly recommend them as they are also very affordable, too!
I ordered 4 shirts in 1 single purchase order and it got split into 2 different shipments coming in a week apart and ruined the reason why I ordered them. I spent about $150 on them and didn’t even get to use them and now have no need for them. They’re sitting in the shipping bag. Very unsatisfied and such a waste of money. Idk why it would come in 2 different shipments makes no sense.
Was unsure if the fit and sizing would be on par with that I order (I’m in the USA) and everything was good quality. The print was excellent, fit as expected for a loose fitting shirt. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
