AVOID Bought an icelandic WOOL jumper.Nothing like the picture and very poor quality 100% acrylic with a weird smell. No indication that this company trades from outside uk as it quotes a UK address on website Tried to get a refund but not a viable option as item had to be returned to a warehouse not in uk. Unable to even get an address of where to return to! Very evasive customer service offering partial refund and pointing out returns might get lost or damaged in the post. Had to escalate a claim through pay pal. Can only leave a 1* review but would choose 0* update pay pal ruled in my favour so I have also forwarded all info to trading standards. Dont give up and push for your refund
