If i could give a 0 star review

If i could give a 0 star review, then i would do. PLEASE avoid this company! I received my package late and although i asked for updates, they just said the package would be delivered soon. Then the package arrived and the items were awful. I asked for both a refund and for the address to return the items to. 2 things- any returns will be made to China with the consumer paying costs and taking the risk the parcel will arrive safely. Alternatively, you can accept anything from 10-50% refund and you get to keep the items.(which you do not want, but funny cause neither do they!!) i will be reporting to trading standards too! dreadful.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The website looks like you are ordering from a British company. The products are rubbish, sent from China. When you request a refund they offer 10% and say you can keep the item. Keep pressing them and eventually they’ll send a returns address which is in China. Who knows if you return the item to China you will get a full refund, I very much doubt it! I’ve lost £38 on a pair of pyjamas, had I seen them in a store I wouldn’t have given £3 for them. You’ve been warned, stay well away from SCAMMERS ARVENANDVALE.COM

Don’t buy anything from this website

Don’t buy anything from this website, it looks like it is a UK based business, I ordered a wool jumper, but once I started to get tracking info it was clear it was being sent from abroad, when it arrived it was a cheap polyester top with a knitted print on it, absolutely awful. I’m now just starting to try and get a refund
