For my part, it is the worst company that can ever be seen. My experience with them was very bad. I placed an order 3 days before and on the day of the event, 2 hours before, they called me to say that they are very sorry that they are busy and that they will not be able to bring me the product, but If they can't, why they charge, it's the worst company. I don't recommend it.
I booked a portable toilet for my wedding. I had it set to be delivered two days before the wedding. It never came. I spent both of the two days prior to the wedding calling trying to get an update on where it was. They could not contact the drivers and could not give me an update, it was extremely frustrating and stressful. Eventually, they did get ahold of me, after the wedding, to confirm I had not received it. After the wedding, they did send me timely responses to any questions I had. My refund took a while to come, but I did receive a full refund for the transaction. It was mostly out of their hands, but it was still an extremely difficult situation to try to navigate through before my wedding.
Needed a portable sanitation unit delivered and ready for a small construction project at my home... Quick response and delivery. Serviced unit while I was out of town and guests arrived. Boy was I glad I had a back up facility.
I requested my port o potty be placed on the fence next to my garbage bins instead it was placed in my front yard, I had to pay to have the port o pot moved to the correct location, I paid $229? for this service and ended up paying more, I was not happy also they were suppose to call me on Friday morning when they were to deliver instead they called my sister and said they were delivering it to my home on Thursday instead, I never received a call and I am the card holder who actually rented from you not my Sister Cheryl who wasn’t aware I rented this item, such a BIG screw up.
