Failure to Deliver/Retrieve On Time

The sink arrived late, has had multiple requests to be picked up that have not happened and now it smells rancid as there was no attempt made to service. It still has not been picked up.

They charged us an $400 some dollars…

They charged us an $400 some dollars for extra trips during a snowstorm. Said they made several attempts to call and let us know, but there were no VM or calls from them on the contact phone we provided. I think it’s odd that they would make more than one attempt without actually talking to someone to see if the driveway had been cleared before sending another truck out! I will never use this service again! Complete rip-off!
