Absolutely avoid this company. I ordered two porta potties on a Tuesday for Thursday delivery. No porta potties. My credit card was charged twice as pending charges. They did resolve that. They promised they would deliver Friday, they did not. I was contacted by two companies who contract with them. Friday at 5:00 they were trying to find some company to deliever to me. I called AGAIN and they didnt have the decency to tell me they had forgot me or dropped the ball. I was lucky enough to have a contractor company take pity on me and agree to bring them and pay them cash. I called ASAP and cancaled, told them to refund my money. Now I wait. This company its a joke.

They charged my card multiple times and refused to refund my money!!! No response when I call, the phone just rings. One person I spojke with was honest(Marie), but they do not even really work for ASAP Site Services. You have been warned!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would this company was supposed to deliver one Porto toilet for my demolition job for $301 for 30 days. The toilet never showed up and they charged me 301+281 for nothing. They took the money out of my account and did not deliver the toilet on the 13th for my demolition getting a hold of anybody was a nightmare and I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. Why did they have the ability to move so quick on taking my money but they couldn’t move that quick on delivering my service. I will never use this company again and I suggest anyone who’s considering using a portal toilet do not use this company. You will be greatly disappointed and scammed for your money these days. It’s hard to pay for things but when you have people scamming you out of your money, it makes it even more disappointing and stressful. I do not remember ever having to leave this bad of a reference review for any company, but the fact of how I was treated and how they wouldn’t get back to me and the games that I feel like they were playing I think they should be embarrassed for services that you pay for, but are not rendered.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Horrible service. They delivered the wrong unit and they wanted to charge me more money to bring the unit I paid for. I said I was not paying more for their mistake and they completely cancelled my order. Bad business. Will be reporting them and ASAP Site Service to the Better Business Bureau.
Unreliable and Unprofessional, you be the judge.Scheduled a dropbox from ASAP for a Friday and with a week of anticipation, scheduled for a Friday to take care of a weekend demolition, the dropbox didn't show up, called on that afternoon and no one answered the phone. Saturday came and the dropbox didn't show up again, finally get a hold of someone and they tell me "They forgot to put it in the schedule and they can't do anything until Monday"Now I have a back yard full of demolition debris.Finally it showed up on 4 days late, on Tuesday, had to pay $300 for someone to move all the demolition debris to the dropbox.Called ASAP again to get the dropbox picked up the following Monday, they didn't showed up until Wednesday, now the dropbox is blocking access to the other vendors that already had scheduled, the excuse this time "We can't find the truck driver", more money down the drain for delays in the project.I will never use this company again, and will recommend to anyone who wants a professional and reliable service to look somewhere else.
After a month of back and forth because ASAP over charged us by almost three hundred dollars, they came back and said the original price was a misquote. How in the heck do you come back 30 days later to say it was a misquote, I don't even know if that's legal to do. We are currently going through BBB of Maryland regarding this issue . So beware of doing business with this company.
ORDER #5126025 I ordered a porta poty Aug 28, 2025. As soon as I received the invoice I saw that I was being charged (I live in NC) they were delivering it to someone in NY.I tried to call and correct it but call wouldn’t go through (same # I used to order) then tried to reply to their email , it kicked back as undeliverable. Found another # on google, called and canceled. Since then had 3 people tell me that I’d receive an email and a return of my deposit. NOTHING. Later 2 people called told me I’d get my refund. NOTHING. I found the owners (Sean Mahon) email address on the web and sent him a message, he replied he’d take care of it. So far haven’t heard anything. Hopefully people will read their reviews before ordering anything from them. Good luck, you’ll need it.
***SCAMMERS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***On July 14, 2025, I contacted ASAP Site Services to schedule a new service drop off for a portable toilet for July 16, 2025. I specifically informed them that any delivery must be done between the days and hours of M-F 7am to 5pm, as the gate for the construction site is closed outside these times. On July 17, I contacted them to inquire why the toilet was not delivered. They informed me that it was not scheduled until July 23. On July 24, we contacted ASAP Site Services again to ask why the toilet was not delivered and was told the delivery was refused. They tried to deliver the toilet outside of the M-F 7am to 5pm window. Again, we set up a delivery date for July 27, but the toilet was not delivered. It was finally delivered on July 29. On the same day, we were charged $635.70 for the drop off, use, and service of the toilet. Since the drop off date of July 29, the toilet has not been serviced. After being informed that the toilet is full, and an environmental hazard, I might add, and it has never been serviced, I contacted ASAP Site Services on August 17 to inform them they have a full toilet that has not been serviced. They put in a ticket to have someone call me and dispatch someone to come service the toilet. I never heard from anyone. On August 18, I contacted them again trying to speak to someone who could help me with getting the toilet serviced and a refund for the money paid to have the toilet serviced. It is now August 19, I contacted them again after no phone call back, I cancelled the service and was told I would get an email confirmation with proof of cancellation, which I have yet to receive. I was charged for another month's service for $537.30 on August 18 and need a full refund, another ticket was created and I have yet to hear from anyone. I tried calling back to let them know the email did not go through and the phone number can no longer take my call.***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***
