What made my experience positive was the on line reservation service along with a prompt email response to confirm. In a follow up with Customer Service you actually talk with a live professional representative with minimal wait time. My individual was up to date on my rental and called me by my name. Outstanding Service

Working through ASAP was a challenge

Working through ASAP was very challenging. So many steps and different points of contact lead to confusion. I much rather work directly through the service provider. I am also convinced I was overcharged, I still need to reconcile my Credit Card to verify.
