Review Time
We requested a porta potty unit from this business for one of our construction projects. after the project was completed, we called to have the unit removed. Their contract states "Removal will occur 2 business days after the day of removal request.". we arenow going on over 2 weeks since this request was made. We have called several times without resolution. This request has now been escalated to a supervisor as of 2 days ago with the promise of it being removed by yesterday. As of this morning ithas still not been removed. This business seems to be unable to get its vendor to pick up the unit. Additionally, the unit is not being serviced and my clients now have a smelly porta potty sitting in their driveway that this company can't seem to find away to remove.
You should give your customers the Real price over the phone the first time you don't give a price then jack it up I'm getting a Pull up audio for half the price then what I'm paying with you guy's that is disgusting
I just called Michael and ordered a single porta potty for our mobile home park and Michael was the best customer service rep. I have talked to in a long time. No wait times on hold, and product was available to us in a few days.. Amazing service!!!! , especially in this time of need in Florida..Oh and the prices were completely on point. UPDATE.. they cancelled and wanted more money.. Thank youKathy
Absolutely terrible experience. Was told when drop off and pick up would be and missed both - unit was late being dropped off and sat on our site for more than a week after they were supposed to pick-up. After taking off work and waiting 3 different days for them to pick-up they still never showed. Literally couldn't get anyone to take responsibility and was told "well, you don't have a contract. We get to it when we can." Really? Spoke to the owner of the unit directly and he was a nightmare. ASAP claims they didn't have a correct number to reach us, but that is not true AND the phone number to call is located ON THE GATE. No one attempted to call and no one attempted to help. We were told that it was an issue with the owner of the unit and they were being told he was picking it up even though he never did as promised until well over a week later after taking off several days of work to sit and wait for him as directed by ASAP only to be stood up. Save yourself the headache and don't use this company. They either contract with bad equipment owners or have very very bad communication or maybe both. Way more issues than needed to be for a simple one day rental of a port-a-potty. Will use Rumpke going forward. Never had issues with the in the past and should have stuck with what we know.
This was the worse experience you can possibly have when ordering a toilet for a wedding. I originally requested a two station toilet for my friends wedding and was quoted $2700 (for one day). About a week before the wedding, I received a message that the price increased by $1000 due to some internal challenges with their supplier, so I was forced into the ridiculous increase. When the toilet arrived, it was a single station toilet with an additional urinal on the side. This was embarrassing as a friend trying to doing something nice for a friend and simply not enough toilet access for the wedding guests. I have called and emailed this company to voice my concerns and attempt to, at the very least negotiate an appropriate price.
