While researching the company, I found their TikTok account expecting informative content. Instead, I encountered comments that insult various religions. Do they not monitor their social media or the individuals managing it?
BEWARE. Don’t buy from them. Their customer phone number doesn’t work, they didn’t reply to various emails, I spent $46 and paid for expedited shipping and it never showed up, it’s been more than 3 weeks. I’m going to get a charge back from my bank, this company is a scam as far as I’m concerned.
It’s a great shop!!! I ordered a T-shirt for my bf’s birthday with fast shipping included. I literally received it within 3 days (so they managed to get the package to me before the birthday party), and keep in mind it was an international delivery, so just WOW. As for the T-shirt itself, it’s 100% cotton and feels just amazing, the print is very detailed and looks sturdy on the T-shirt. Costumer service answered all my questions within 24h. Overall a great shopping experience, a great T-shirt, and great shop. Definitely recommending :)
I ordered a T-shirt. The T-shirt is wonderful, the print perfect. I'm very happy with it. Even though I live in Germany, the delivery was relatively quick. Nevertheless, I had a question for support. This query was answered so kindly and respectfully – something you unfortunately never find with larger companies. As Harry Styles sings so beautifully: "Treat people with kindness." I learned that from ashbubble. Thank you so much, and I'll be happy to order again.
Recommend!! Had a mix up in my order and sent an email regarding the matter. I received a quick response (within 24hrs as stated in contact us section) regarding the matter and it was resolved very easily and quick! Would definitely purchase from Ashbubble again!
