Tyler really know his stuff. He and I came up with many different ways of determining how to solve the ink problem but printer experts will have to take a look to see what the two of us could not see. Tyler and I took turns looking at obvious things and trying some means beyond the ordinary. When new ink did not fix the ink problem I knew it was something a printer specialist was needed.
Pearl Wilson and Jason got me back onto Peacock by helping me reset my password that I had forgotten ... They used messaging very well ... They deserve a raise in pay for being so helpful ... It took me only about 15 minutes once we started.
Complete scammers - In December 2025, through an online platform, they requested my credit card information and immediately charged me $8.00. When I had a question, they claimed they couldn't help. Then, they charged a $69.00 monthly membership fee without my consent. After I raised an issue about the $69.00 fee, they refunded it. However, in January '26, they charged another $69.00 fee to my card. What a frustrating experience with this company.
Everything went wrong. The representative wanted to connect with a tech expert and then requested a $1.00 charge that would supposedly be refunded. I attempted this five times but eventually gave up, only to discover they had charged my card five times, each for $100! I have been trying to get a refund, but the automated system keeps pushing me to pay more to speak with someone. It just happened again; they tried to take advantage of me once more! Each time they promised to transfer me to tech support, I couldn’t communicate or leave a comment, only pressured to pay. Total ripoff!
A few months back, I engaged with a service online and agreed to a $5 fee. I can't even recall my original question, but after waiting on hold for a long time, I eventually hung up. I was completely unaware that I had committed to a $40 monthly fee. Additionally, I was charged the initial $5, but I never utilized their services. I didn't notice the $40 charges for four months, and they only refunded one month's fee. I've tried reaching out to their support team, but they refuse to communicate with me. I wonder how many others have unknowingly paid $40 a month without receiving anything in return.
