Awful customer service they sent wrong size of bed and when I contacted them like the advisor told me they couldn't send right size of bed out as they don't deliver to my postcode even though I received original order I asked to speak to manager and he refused will not use this company again stay away
Can't comment on product, as no idea when it might arrive, although reading the reviews I don't have high expectations! Placed an order on 9 January, chose 1/2 day delivery. Heard nothing from them since! I have used the form on their website to message 3 days in a row now, I can see the messages but clearly they can't be bothered to answer. Non existent customer service! Why provide a contact method they don't monitor? Why offer a range of delivery timescales when they don't deliver at all? Why take my money but not provide the product or even any answers?
We ordered a small double bed through Wilko and it arrived damaged so we sent it back and requested a replacement and this also arrived damaged. We ordered an Aspire small double mattress through B&Q and we’ve opened the box to discover that they sent a single mattress not a small double. This company seem unable to get anything right.
After having to deal with the worst customer service experience i have ever had with wilko, after receiving a faulty item i decided to call aspire who was the third party company. A very helpful and understanding gent called luke promptly organised a replacement part. Very happy
My 3rd memory foam mattress from Aspire. Newest only to upgrade in bed size and another for our spare bedroom. Absolutely love these mattresses they are just perfect for me and my husband who both suffer with back pain issues. Never had any issues with a smell once out of the packaging to settle. Super fast delivery via wilko - and free! I’ll only ever use Aspire for mattresses in future and recommend to anyone 🙂
I bought a Ottamen bed for my Grandson, which was excellant quality, but unfortunately one of Lifting ams came with a manafacturers fault, i contacted customers service at Aspire and the response was excellant thanks to Luke and Michael and recieved a new part delivered by UPS within 48 hrs, Great bed and even better customer service, Thanks!!
Ordered a 3000 Wool Pocket King Aspire mattress through BrandAlley. The mattress has a design flaw whereby the sides of the mattress are too soft and depress more than half of the depth of the mattress. If one person sleeps in the middle of it, the mattress has the required firmness. However with 2 average size people in the bed, when turning closer to the edges this issue literally rolls you out of bed! Not fit for purpose. BrandAlley unable to sort the issue and forwarded complaints to Aspire, who just repeatedly stated there is nothing wrong with it! One would think that after so many bad reviews on customer service quality someone would reach out from Aspire, and offer at least to physically inspect the item or allow us to send it back.It appears they do not provide any after sales support, so you are on your own with the complaint. We are really disappointed as this was a premium mattress and now need to purchase a new one. Edit -15/10 a number of photos were supplied to Aspire showing the issue.
I ordered a mattress through Groupon. Unfortunately address defaulted to my sister in laws address due to a previous order. Once I identified this I emailed information to change address. Quick response from Michael and it was amended. Mattress was delivered 2 days later. Excellent customer service. Only improvement to suggest is, I would have preferred to be contacted with day of delivery. Thankfully someone was in the house when mattress was delivered!
