Beautiful colour bedframe that's easy to assemble.

I bought an Aspire bedframe online via Debenhams to coordinate with our newly decorated bedroom. The colour is as described, a beautiful blue velvet. It's easy for two people to assemble and I like the space underneath for storing the odd thing or two, and it makes cleaning easier. Comfortable bedframe which our king size mattress fits perfectly. The bedframe comes in just one package, neatly packaged so it all fits in one box.

Aspire Customer Service - brilliant

A mattress was ordered in-store at the Range by a member of staff. An incorrect number of items were ordered and the member of staff wasn't able to complete a cancellation. After several emails and 'web chats' I decided to speak directly with their supplier, Aspire Furniture LTD. The customer service adviser, AMANDA, was excellent. She was patient, attentive and 100% professional throughout our telephone conversation. She sorted out the problem in minutes. Well done, Amanda; you are a real star! Keep shining!

I’m really disappointed with this…

I’m really disappointed with this mattress. Within just a few week , The support is terrible—I wake up with back pain every morning. The material also feels cheap, spring, the price I paid. Definitely not worth the money. I regret this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a durable or comfortable mattress.”

Aspire Purchased via Argos

Purchased via Argos. It arrived vacuum sealed and I opened it to test it was not firm. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable.I contacted Argos within the same hour of delivery to request a return, Argos and Aspire are refusing to do anything about it, and the service has been extremely poor.Completely let down Please beware: the Aspire mattress is poor quality, and if you purchase through Argos you will get no support from either company once the packaging is opened even if you report the issue immediately. Never purchase from them.
