Luke Painter was very helpful when I contacted customer service about an issue with my bed. Not only did he send replacement parts, but he also guided me through the proper assembly to prevent the problem from recurring. I was extremely impressed.
I bought a double mattress via Studio and it is an Aspire. I was sent the wrong size. After 14 plus emails I am stuck with it. I was offered a refund but no replacement. I am disabled and could not be without a mattress and I certainly would not order again after paying £49.99 delivery. I can not believe for one moment aspire could not replace it for the correct size that I ordered. Instead would leave a person without one. It also meant I had to wait for a refund, which would've left me without funds to get a new one replacing the wrong one. As I don't have a spare £300 knocking about just in case! Absolute rubbish customer service when a mattress company can not replace the wrong mattress for the one I actually ordered. A simple exchange but instead endless emails and I'm stuck paying for a mattress I didn't order because of my disability and finances and a lack of giving a shit from Aspire.

She quickly arranged a replacement and made sure the delivery process would be as smooth as possible, even taking into account my need for the mattress to be placed upstairs due to mobility issues.Lisa kept me updated throughout and made the whole experience stress-free. If I could leave a 0 I would Imagine being pregnant and hormonal and you’ve got really excited about a new bed ! You’ve placed your order you’ve went out bought new bedding started decorating the room. Patiently waiting for the email to let you when they are going to be delivering your new bed. Email arrived this morning the order has been cancelled !! So apparently I live on an island !! I mean I know sometimes the flooding in Greenock can get bad but it’s not that bed !! We most certainly are part of mainland UK in fact the M8 motorway starts 5 miles from where I live, which is less than half the difference to the nearest NEXT store which is the third party I was ordering the bed through ! And the roads from the motorway to the house are A roads until the one that takes you up into my street ! All easily accessible more accessible in fact than some of the country roads in England !! Basically a typical English company not wanting to deliver to Scotland 🏴 I don’t get why so many big companies continue to partner with business who penalise their customers so badly ! And they wonder why folk start buying imported goods rather than uk suppliers Looks like it’s a trip to bensons for beds ! Shoulda went there in the first place
I ordered my new bed and after a week of having it,I had a problem with the headboard so I phoned aspire and spoke to Debra.she was brilliant,she asked me a few questions,ordered me a new headboard and I received it in ten days.amazing five stars!!!
