After researching and reading many reviews, I ordered an Aspire pocket+ 1000 memory mattress on 25.2.26, it was delivered 27.2.26. Left it for the desired 48 hours to plump up as it came conveniently rolled for transport. I am extremely pleased with this mattress, it is extremely comfortable and very worth the reasonable price tag (especially considering some prices on other mattresses - not just Aspire ones).
i bought a ottoman bed its been a few months and the metal sides are bending already, got in contact they said they will send parts replacement, they sent a parts list and asked what part it was, i explained I'm old and didn't put bed together but its the metal parts that go up the sides of bed. i get a message back from Luke Painter saying I do not know what part you mean. Very helpful. They make the beds but dont know what metal part goes up the side of the bed.
I was initially hesitant about purchasing a mattress online without trying it first, but I decided to take a chance. I can honestly say I'm thrilled with my decision; my back pain and morning stiffness are gone, and I'm now enjoying uninterrupted nights of sleep and waking up refreshed. I wholeheartedly recommend this, and I'm planning to get another one for my son. Thank you to the company for the thoughtful courtesy call to check in on me. I'm truly impressed! 👏 😁
I was a bit sceptical about buying my mattress online, untested, but took a punt on it.I can tell you, I'm so pleased I did, gone are the back aches and stiffness in the morning, I'm getting a full uninterrupted nights sleep, feeling refreshed when I wake in the morning. Recommend whole heartedly, getting another one for my son.Thank you Aspire, and for the lovely courtesy call to make sure everything is ok.I'm impressed 👏 😁
In my recent purchase of a ‘Kids Anti Allergy Sprung Mattress’ from Debenhams, supplied by Aspire.Upon receiving the mattress, it was found to be wrapped in shrink wrap and rolled into a box. This packaging prevented me from immediately assessing the mattress’s quality. To evaluate its support, I was required to remove it from the box and cut the shrink wrap, which was an inconvenient process.Regrettably, the mattress did not provide adequate support, necessitating and it was subsequently return to the plastic packaging within five minutes.I contacted Aspire’s customer services to request a return of the unused and perfectly saleable product. However, I was informed that according to their terms and conditions, a return was not possible once the plastic cover had been opened. This policy is highly unsatisfactory and hinders consumers’ ability to make informed decisions about products. It also encourages the sale of unwanted goods.I strongly advise consumers to exercise caution when dealing with this supplier and to be wary of the lack of fair customer support and satisfaction. But do note if the mattress is damaged, Aspire will return it. In hindsight, I should have ripped the mattress and reported it as damaged, which may have resulted in a more fair treatment.
*** Update. WHERE IS MY MATRESS???!!! It's been since the 4th I ordered it and its now the 13th. Called 3 times and they all say different things to me "guessing". "Oh it could be lost or there's a backlog", WHICH ONE IS IT FFS. GONE FROM 5 STAR TO 2!! No wonder they use the cheapest worst courier XPD, took several days just to update my tracking*** Sarah Wilson explained everything to me over the phone as I sent an email with questions regarding Klarna as it was quite confusing. I appreciated the follow up call. Was sent a link so I could track my order.
I recieved incorrect mattress as not only does the one sent have a label on which all the ones online don't it is half the thickness and looks nothing like the one ordered. Apparently the cool blue i ordered should have a SKU555 on the bag & on the mattress itself but nothing. Etienne is trying to deal with the issue, meanwhile its causing so much discomfort as makes bed really low so uncomfortable to lower onto and really difficult to get upright from. Hopefully the after sales sorts it asap.
Bought the matress via Groupon Deal and very satisfied. The mattress arrived rolled up and compressed but was easy to unpack and place on the bed frame, once the vacuum was released the mattress very quickly grew to the correct size and shape. It is very comfortable and appears very well made.Customer service is the real key here, Aspire’s has been fantastic. I contacted them to enquire about delivery, my question was dealt with efficiently and the information given 100% accurate. Then to make the service even better, they contacted me a few weeks later just to check that I was happy with the product and the service, this is very rare in the world of online retailers, very well done Aspire Furniture..... shows you back your products.
