Filters Fast is great!! Been ordering from them for quite a few years - just can't remember how long!! They respond immediately & so efficient!! I ordered my furnace filters on 2/25/26 & had them by 2/27/26!! They also keep me posted on the delivery! Highly recommend them.

Ordered 2 filters for my Tryon air cleaner 2/2/26 expected delivery 2/16/26 not exactly fast but I could live with it. Fast forward to 2/27/26 still no filters. There website when I checked the order always said expected ship date tomorrow but as the next day would come it would still say tomorrow. Called spoke to an agent filters not in stock as they don't stock filters and waiting on shipment from a vendor l. Expected date for the filters to arrive 3/16/26. Cancelled order. Tell me how I we a month and a half to deliver a filter is considered fast. Buy from Amazon next day delivery.

Order what was supposed to be OEM filter for my fridge. Item received did not fit. I have consulted with 5 different companies,spent over 180 dollars in filters trying to find one that fits. ONE out of 7 I have bought over the last year has fit. Tried reordering the exact same only to be sent the wrong one. First email said they were going to ship out the correct one based on my pictures. Now they have given a refund and told me to "order something else" with no guarantee it will fit. Oh well.

I receive the same great quality items at a reduced price compared to a brick and mortar store and when you auto subscribe they ship free. The only company I use now for all my filter needs whether it be for my HVAC or spa.

I ordered a replacement glass cook top for my Samsung stove. I was told they had it in stock. My order was confirmed January 29, 2026. The original shipping date was the 13th. Still didn't understand why the long wait to be shipped, but ok. I gave them a chance. When the 13th came, it was changed to the 18th. Here it is February 18, 2026, and my item has NOT been shipped out yet!!! Oh, but wait, guess what!!! The shipping date was changed AGAIN to now the 25th. Not only is this completely ridiculous, but truly unacceptable!!! The only thing I've received from Filters "NOT" Fast, is an overwhelming amount of advertisement emails!!! (24 to be exact) I WILL be calling when they open up in the morning to request a FULL refund!!! I'll take my business somewhere else, where I'll be a valued customer. 🤬
I highly recommend do NOT use this place for anything!!!

I just got off the phone requesting a full refund. I was informed that it would take ANOTHER 3 - 7 DAYS for them to review my order before a refund could be issued. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I WILL NEVER GIVE FILTERS "SLOW" ANY FURTHER BUSINESS!!! I HOPE NO ONE ELSE MAKES THE MISTAKE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AS I DID!!! 🤬🤬🤬

When I ordered and paid for rapid delivery. I expected two day service. Today is Wednesday the third day and we still have not received the filters!
The house is drier than a bone - 32% relative humidity.
This condition is conducive to feeling cold and getting a cold. We ordered with expectation of getting the house up to a more humid condition to avoid being cold as rapid as possible. It did not happen.
This makes for a very expensive delivery service.

I had inquiries when I placed my order concerning a discount shown on their site. The support representative was friendly and helpful, never making it feel like it was my issue. The item was shipped promptly, but it unfortunately arrived damaged. I reached out via email, providing photos and a description of the damage. Following their process was seamless, and I submitted all necessary information without any issues. They sent a replacement part that arrived yesterday in perfect condition, which I installed today. I highly recommend purchasing from this service.

Extremely disappointing service. Save your time and money. The company is dishonest and engages in deceptive shipping practices. Any minor savings are overshadowed by the frustration. You will find yourself waiting indefinitely for confirmations with no responsibility taken.
