Absolutely Terrible Experience

If I could rate them at -1000, I would do it without hesitation. There was no warning or mention in their policy that paying $67 means you won't get a refund if the product isn't received. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. I sincerely hope they face consequences.
