Horrible customer service. My package got lost, I had to send 3 different emails just to get a reply a week later. When I got the package, the items (€50) didn't fit. They tried to charge me €23 just to return it and claimed it was a good deal.

I first try this nylons while visiting Paris this past April. I bought them at a Middle Eastern Market near the Palace of Versalleis. I completely fell in love with this stockings. I use dresses daily. I complete my wardrobe with nylons in a regular basis. This nylons are the best ever. I live in Baldwin Park in USA. I order them directly from Italy and the product arrive in less than a week. IMPRESSIVE. I’m extremely happy with my order. My nylons are resistant, sexy, silky, and even hide my spider veins. I even washed them many times and wear them constantly before I was able to find them online. Thanks a million for such a wonderful product. I’m a customer for life.
Honestly did not even want to leave a 1 star rating for this company Dim.ComCustomer care communications appalling.Had an issue with an order I purchased June this year and really just wanted a solution to the problem after I emailed the company multiple times asking for help. The company Dim.Com did get back to me but always saying “will get back with a solution” obviously never did!
the return policy is very bad. So it cost so much postage to return the postage (£20 for 5 knickers) that it isn’t worth returning them. And DIM doesn’t accept exchange for things purchased online. So the knickers I bought online are too small for me and it is a total waste of money. I cannot exchange them and return postage is as expensive as the knickers themselves, so it not worth returning them.
I changed my review because I received my order.Upon receipt, it looked like it was sent a few days after I placed my order but I received it 20 days later.If they want their customers to have a better experience, they should check the carrier they use.
