I interviewed here in late November 2025 and have worked here since December. From day 1 the support staff and leadership have been exemplary. There is a high level of support for new starts, excellent incentives and an overall excellent attitude. I have found my time here so far great and would highly recommend anyone to at least come in for an interview if they are looking for a place to work with a great atmosphere and amazing opportunities for growth!

Opportunity to grow in a great team

I have been with Atlas for over 3 years. A fast paced environment with loads of opportunities for learning and growth. The owners and admin team have been understanding and encouraging over the years. Communication is highly valued. The team is filled with ambitious people who are eager to learn new things and I can call them my friends as well as team mates. Seeing team members grow in confidence and experience has been fab to see!

Manipulating

This company operates in a way that many people would describe as resembling a pyramid-style setup, even though they avoid that label. Recruits are pushed into going door to door or standing in shops to persuade people to sign up for charity donations — with a particular focus on older individuals, who are seen as more likely to give.During recruitment, they make big claims about working with major companies like Google, but the reality is very different. The role is entirely commission-based with no basic pay, and workers often put in 12-hour days with no guaranteed income. There is strong pressure to prioritise the company above your personal life, with suggestions that distancing yourself from family is “worth it” because you’ll supposedly become an “owner” one day.Management — including Callum and Ujla — have been known to speak negatively about people who are too unwell to work or who don’t show up, despite referring to them as “colleagues” when it suits them. As soon as someone is ill, they’re suddenly treated as a self‑employed subcontractor instead. The whole setup feels exploitative, both toward the vulnerable people being targeted for donations and the vulnerable individuals being recruited to work under the promise of future success. “Cluj,” as they call themselves, appear to rely heavily on manipulating people who are desperate for income or opportunity. Pyramid Sales. Door 2 Door on commission begging old people to donate to charity on a monthly basis. Rude owners. Owners use people

Avoid

This is the 3rd time that this has happened to me. This job was advertised as an “Events Assistant” which couldn’t have been further from the truth. I had an interview which wasn’t an interview at all. They don’t ask you anything but your name. The “interview” was an hour of someone who worked there telling us how great the company is and blah blah blah. Avoid these braindead companies pursuing a pyramid Trojan horse Ponzi scheme. They can’t even advertise the job properly. I feel bad for the people working there putting on fake smiles. As I said this is the 3rd time it’s happened to me with 3 different companies. If they happen to get back to you very quickly then I’d avoid it. Avoid these sort of companies, as there’s nothing meaningful about their “charitable work”. The “charitable work” is door to door sales begging people to pay a ridiculous monthly fee towards charities. There’s much better ways to do this. Cheers.

Extremely toxic staff. Avoid at all costs.

Sharing this review on behalf of my daughter, who attempted to leave her own feedback but was swiftly contacted by three senior staff members—clearly unhappy with anything less than glowing praise about their company. She is entitled to share her honest experience, and it’s deeply concerning that attempts were made to silence her.If you’re curious, just search “Atlas Promotions” on Google—the second result is a Reddit thread warning people to avoid this company at all costs. Their Trustpilot rating? A single star. That speaks volumes.I personally witnessed my daughter waking up at 5:30 AM every day, only to return home after 9 PM—exhausted, overworked, and undervalued. Yet somehow, her commitment was questioned. The audacity. And then there’s Ujla. For someone whose company raises money for charities—including those supporting disabled individuals—how do you justify using a deeply offensive, ableist slur to describe someone who didn’t make enough sales? There are witnesses. The phone call was on speaker. It wasn’t just my daughter who heard it—two former employees were present and heard everything. So go ahead, try to deny it. We have receipts.Let’s be honest: if you don’t mind having no personal life, being reprimanded like a child for not hitting impossible sales targets, having your private texts read aloud in the office, or receiving intrusive phone calls from your team lead late into the night—then maybe this job is for you. If you enjoy being emotionally manipulated into believing your entire worth revolves around a toxic work environment, you might just thrive here. 😂And as for this review—sure, try to get it removed. I will gladly repost it weekly. On Google. On Glassdoor. On Trustpilot. Anywhere a potential recruit might be misled. Because my daughter’s voice matters, and her experience was real.Spare me the sweet, scripted reviews from current employees still deep in the brainwashing cycle. I won’t pretend to wish you all the best, because frankly, I don’t.Shame on you.

I worked at Atlas Promotions…

I worked at Atlas Promotions specifically in the Events team, from January 30th 2025 until the 21st of July 2025. Coming into the business I made a lot of money in my first 2 months especially on road trips, however the reason for my 1 star review is not because of the money opportunity it’s the people that are the foundation of that ‘business’ and the people that end up being brain washed with their ideas and so called personal development opportunities. Yes this company has expanded into other uk offices but don’t put faith in that alone. A day at this ‘job’ consists of being at work from 08:00-18:30 on the OFF chance you make money as it is a commission only role which isn’t made apparent on their indeed applications that they advertise under a different name. I had originally made a one star review which I was then bombarded with texts from Ujila Muhammed, Callum Wallace and Jenny N asking why I had left a review after leaving the company which I have photographed evidence of. Ujila, one of the owners of the business being particularly passive aggressive towards myself, lets not mention the time either where she used a derogatory term used against disabled people to describe one of her crew leaders at the time. Callum Wallace, the other owner, as well stating in an office filled with people that employees when dealing with a family death should grieve later or cry later. On other occasions reading private texts aloud to a group of people as well. I grudge anyone looking for a job go anywhere but here as it is the most toxic atmosphere to work within and it will be the best choice you’ve ever made

Scammers

I (18 y/o female) was quickly invited for a group interview (<1 day after just applying for multiple jobs) with the other invited candidates being fully grown men from failing sales careers/in a mid life crisis (all for a starting position that seemed aimed at students given the nature of the presentation). The interview took almost 3 hours which was draining considering by hour 1 I had realised this was too fishy to be investing any time into. The woman who coordinated the group interview explained how she "went to university and didn't see much point in her bioscience field but managed to progress into a rewarding career in marketing instead", without explaining much else. She also kept highlighting non-work activities such as bowling nights etc rather than details of the job itself. The actual job description was very vague with the only real description being "conversing with customers" and that there would be very long working hours which didn't seem as student friendly as they claimed. They further explained how you can progress from this position to managing your own team/set up your own branch within a few years which seemed like a glorified pyramid scheme. I was invited back after the results of group interview for a position but I ignored all calls/emails which were sent out the very same day. Situation felt very much like a trojan horse was being presented.

Avoid this company

-No work-life balance-Emotional manipulation from your team leaders if you don't make enough sales-They say your working hours are between 10-6pm, but you need to be in the meeting from 8am, and your "finishing meeting" is at 11pm-They don't care about mental health-Fake smiles everywhere
