Horrible fuel card company never wanted to work with them in future. they just always charge extra money and they never give you discounts and whatever the discount we get at gas stations they keep with them and charge you full payment. and most important they deduct the money from your account without any notification. and no proper communication with the customer. when they have to sell the fuel cards they talk very good and after you have their services they just know how to get extra money from your customers.
ATOB is a horrible company with terrible customer service skills & Practices. The company started off pretty decent in the beginning but now, AWFUL! They recently changed my account from a credit account to a Pay as you go account. My account went delinquent because they added fraudulent fees I was unwilling to pay at the time until I spoke with a supervisor that they were unwilling to transfer me to. Moving forward, I decided to just pay it to continue business with them. Once payed they changed everything up and put me on some sort of prepaid fuel account without notice, nor did a sign a contract for this. I will be canceling business with this company as well as reaching out to my states Attorney General as this seems to be a problem for many companies. They Practice unlawful business practices. Despite the money being withdrawn is my money, A to B offers additional protection at the pump because my funds are not immediately withdrawn from my own bank account..I am not sure If I ever got discount at the pump or any other discount since I've been with them. I believe they will start charging a fee. I will see how that play out because after all it is my own money being used. I am uncertain of the transition to their own credit card services. I will give it 3vmore months if there is no graduating to unsecured then I am out. I am not sure if they report to credit bureau. People say they report to experian
